The Budget Insurance app will be used by Budget Insurance representatives to capture the contact details of individuals looking for a Budget Insurance quotation. Details will be captured using the app and submitted to the Budget Insurance call centre in order to contact the individuals and complete a Budget Insurance quotation for them telephonically. All Budget representatives will be issued with a unique login in order to keep track of all contacts captured by all the representatives and to ensure that no unauthorized app usage occurs. A history of all contacts captured by the Budget Insurance representative will be visible on the app to refer back to if needed when the representative is logged in with the correct details.
